hi forum i joined this forum out of sheer frustration. i had pf a year ago. my doc gave me prolotherapy injection and it vanished but it came back 4 months ago. the doc gave me same injection but nothing happened. i did exercises too but have left them now since nothing seems to work…plz [...]
